Uno Online is for 4-color deck enthusiasts. Especially, this game can be played with up to 4 players on the same device or played online with other players.

Rules of Playing Cards in Uno Online

You have two main rules for playing cards. First, your card must be the same color as the previous card. Second, your card has the same number as the previous card. Just meet one of these two requirements, and you can play your card. If you do not have any cards that meet the criteria, you are allowed to draw a new card. If this continues, you lose your turn.

However, there are a few exceptions. It can be played in any situation regardless of colors and numbers. Two prominent examples are the +4 card and the color-changing card.

The Role Of The Cards

Uno Online is divided into two main types of cards: normal cards and function cards.

Uno Online's Normal Cards

The normal cards have 4 colors: blue, green, red, and yellow. Each color will have 9 cards from number 1 to number 9. These cards require you to meet one of the two rules above to be moved.

Unique Function Cards

All Uno Online's function cards are +2 card, +4 card, reversed card, ban card, and change-color card.

  • Cards +2 and +4 cause the next player to receive 2 or 4 more cards and lose their move.
  • The reversed card causes the order of the players to reverse direction.
  • The ban card prevents the next player from playing cards.
  • The change-color card allows you to choose the next color to be moved out of the 4 specified colors.
